Central Coast Hypnobirth November 2024 Weekend Group Course

This group course will run over 2 x Sundays

Course length is 12hrs total.

Refreshments and light snacks provided and a 1 hr lunch break provided (fridge and microwave avaliable if you wish to bring lunch), alternativly there are food options for lunch located in the area.

Includes:

Our group courses provide empowering positive birth education for you and your partner in the lead up to your birth.

• 12 hours of group classes for the birthing mother and birth partner.
• Modern and relevant Hypnobirthing Australia Folio of Resources, including course handouts, practice materials and visualisations PLUS exclusive Central Coast Hypnobirth resources.
• Hypnobirthing Australia relaxation/self-hypnosis tracks (2 albums) with music, and affirmations.
• Phone and email support right up to and even during your birth with the offer of a birth debrief.
• Additional support for special circumstances eg. Additional Fear Release, Caesarean Birth or Breach turn session.
• Invitation to exclusive Facebook Central Coast Hypnobirth group.

You and your birth partner will be given the knowledge, tools and support to help prepare you to birth supported and confidently.

Course Investment:

$555 (including GST) for you and your chosen birth partner - (A $155 deposit is required at the time of booking, to book please select 1 ticket below to secure your spot for you and your chosen birth partner)

The remaining $400 course fee will be invoiced to you and payable a week before your class starting date.
